2 Ways How To Motivate Your Downlines

Paano ba i-mo-motivate ang ating mga downlines? There are 2 ways.

Dun sila nagkamali. It takes time, effort and consistency to become successful in network marketing.

Kaylangan you can walk the talk. Ibig sabihin kaylangan ikaw muna ang magkaresulta.

Over Hyping of Prospect (Networking)

What is Over Hyping?

Answer: It is exaggeratedly promoting a product, service or idea or sa networking tinatawag na sobrang pambabaliw ng prospects.

Power dito! Payaman! Laway lang ang puhunan, 2 to 3 hours lang per day tapos after a week, ayan na, Cheke-cheke na!"

Another one. . .

"Ay, power talaga dito guys! Sinong mga first timers?  Grabe talaga ito!" POWER!!

And another one. . .

"I am not telling na mali itong strategy na itoI just want to share my thoughts about unethical practices of some networkers."

If you are a first timer in this kind of environment at kung makarinig ka ng mga ganung istorya, I'm sure na "mababaliw" ka talaga. Kasi yung nagtatalk totally walang-wala or mahirap, then in a matter of months, kumikita na ng malaki, and now driving his own car,in which mahirap ma-attain kung nasa normal na pag-eempleyo ka lang.

Many of them truly able to achieve those in a very short period of time, but some of them didn't shared the whole story behind their super quick success and worse some of them are just making lies to attract people to join in their opportunity which is very unethical.

Some forgot to tell you that. . .

The speakers (usually the top earners) have been to Networking business  for more than a year and been to several Networking companies. It means that they already have the experience, skills, and knowledge needed in order to succeed in that business.

They already have established contacts and followers (could be their uplines, downlines, or crosslines from their previous companies) na willing sumama sa kanila or tiwala na sa kanila kahit saan mang kumpanya man sila mag-join, kaya madali na lang sila nakapag buo ng team at downline organization. Kaya mabilis silang kumita ng malaki.

or

They forgot to tell you that galing na pala sila sa isang kumpanya na nagsara or nagkaproblema at sinalpak nila yung kanilang existing team in this new company, which is the reason of the fast growth of their organization, as well as their pay-out checks.

or

Ginamitan nila ng SYSTEM  (one owner more than 7 accounts), kaya anglalaki ng cheke nila linggo-linggo.

or worse

As you can see this kind of strategy is very common to hype prospects to join the opportunity. For me these practices are very unethical because what the prospects know is just the half of the story.

Even if your prospect doesn't know the whole story, they will join because of false hopes, promises and false expectations.

at ayan yung sumisira sa networking industry

Bakit?

Kasi aakalain nila na ang Networking ay "walk in the park" meaning madali lang gawin, that everyone can do it very easy and earn big money in a short period of time. They don't know that Network Marketing requires a lot of work and dedication to become successful. Akala nila ang kailangan lang nila na mapa-join is dalawang tao lang which a big mistake! This is the biggest reason the retension rate in Networking is very low. The prospect joins because of the lies and after they've join, they will realize the truth that Networking is tough and what their uplines said was not true.

They will tell them to do things like invest their remaining savings, borrow money, even sell their belongings "the B.U.S.H. system" just to raise the capital needed. Ang focus nila is magpa-payin ng magpa-payin, chumeke ng chumeke... instead of helping them in making the right decision.

kalungkot pakinggan. . .

Whatever field your are in please . Instead of using lies to hype just tell the truth tell them how you really earn and let them decide.

Let's protect the industry.

Let's rebuild its credibility.

RAT RACE: THE EMPLOYEE'S CYCLE

We’ve been working hard with our jobs. Some of us are even working two to three jobs at a time just to sustain our needs. Each time money comes in, it usually goes out instantly to pay bills and other expenses. In this scenario, we are doomed to work hard for the rest of our lives. The end result is frustration and stress. Just look at how the typical average-educated, hardworking person looks like.

Now, are you in the Rat Race?

If your answer is YES to any of the questions below, then yes you are in the rat race!

1. Is trading your time and skills to other people your major source of income?
2. Do you have a loan (house loan, car loan, credit card debts) and you are working hard to pay for it?
3. Are you working for two or more jobs just to sustain your family’s day-to-day living?
4. Are you praying everyday that your company will not be hit by the recession so that you will not be laid off?
5. Do you have sales quotas or company bonds to meet or else you will find yourself applying to other companies?

How do you escape from the Rat Race? In AIM Global, we can show you how.

THE POWER OF LEVERAGING: WORKING SMARTER NOT HARDER

What is LEVERAGE? It means using other people’s efforts and time to be more effective and produce greater results much faster. You can be rich, but you can never be wealthy until you own your own business and have other people working for you or with you as employees or independent partners.

Making money while you sleep is one of the most exciting things that you can achieve and that’s done using leverage.

Using leverage in your business ventures gives you:

the ability to use other people’s time
the ability to use other people’s resources
the ability to use other people’s knowledge and expertise
the ability to delegate tasks to others

How much more added value and freedom could you create by leveraging all of those things mentioned above? Probably a lot and you could also influence way more people’s lives than just working 9 to 5, being an employee.

Using other people’s efforts and skills as leverage, doesn’t mean exploiting people. The people are rewarded for the service they provide to the company. Being the owner of the company allows you to create jobs for the people, render useful service to the market place and contribute to the country’s economy.

NETWORK MARKETING IS THE NEXT MAJOR PROFESSION THAT WILL CREATE THE NEW PROFESSIONALS AND THE NEXT MILLIONAIRES!

Charles W. King, Professor of Marketing at the University of Illinois at Chicago, received his Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard University and Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Texas. He is involved in extensive, ongoing research on Network Marketing and Distributor Operations. He teaches network marketing in the University’s marketing programs, is a frequent international speaker and writer on network marketing topics.

Dr. King has maintained an extensive consulting practice for more than thirty-five years on the broad areas of strategic planning, strategic market positioning and management of marketing operations. His clients have included a wide range of small, medium and Fortune 500 companies, trade association groups and public sector groups in the United States and internationally.

In 1990-1991, King launched extensive research into network marketing and introduced network marketing into the marketing curriculum at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 1994, King cofounded the UIC(University of Illinois at Chicago) Certificate Seminar in Network Marketing, the first network marketing seminar focused on network marketing education ever sponsored by a leading University worldwide.

King has become a specialist in organizing and implementing integrated network marketing education seminars covering an overview of the network marketing industry, the strategic, distributor building process, business planning for distributor growth, an overview of the network marketing industry, recruiting practices, presenting the company “story”, handling objectives, legal issues, mechanics of distributor training and motivation, performance monitoring and operational management of the developing distributor organization. King has recruited the strongest trainers and industry practitioners to lecture in these integrated programs over time.

Integrated educational seminar programs have been developed for generic audiences representing distributors from many, competing network marketing groups and for seminars tailored for individual companies which include information modules covering company products, new corporate developments, compensation plan changes and motivational content from company management and field organization leaders.

In recent years, King has also become a champion in promoting network marketing in the international market, particularly in developing countries. Building upon his strong base in the United States, King has expanded into Australia, Canada, Colombia(LA), Dubai, Germany, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Scandinavia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand. A total of over 50 integrated seminar programs and hundreds of target lectures have been delivered to global markets.

Dr. King has become an evangelist in promoting “the home based business” movement globally. King champions network marketing as the ideal “business model” for launching a “home based” business operation.

In developing economies, King is teaching a middle-class entrepreneurial mentality in emerging markets where there is typically only a small middle-class niche. Those emerging economies are very receptive to learning the simple mechanics of word-of-mouth communication and the network marketing system.

Major pockets of network marketing growth are emerging in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Japan, India, Taiwan, Mexico and Central/South America.

King is rewriting his classic book, THE NEW PROFESSIONALS, co-authored with James Robinson, to be released in 2013. The new theme will highlight the dramatic changes in the network marketing profession and the explosive growth of the new global, entrepreneurial spirit.
